Led by Munich partner Dr. Thomas Freund, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft (OLB) on the financing of the acquisition of the Omega Group by BBOF VI Holding C.V. (Bencis).

Independent investment company Bencis and Omega Group, a leading system provider for complex metal assemblies, are joining forces to create Europe's leading system supplier of large and complex metal assemblies for the industrial technology and defence sectors.

OLB is a diversified universal bank with a nationwide presence and more than 150 years of experience in its core region of north-west Germany. Hogan Lovells provided OLB with comprehensive advice on all legal aspects of the acquisition financing.
