The financing is aimed at the acquisition of Cieffe Derma S.r.l., a company operating in the development and distribution of dermocosmetics and food supplements with strong scientific rational, focusing on dermatology and gynaecology, from Azimut Libera Impresa SGR and the entrepreneurial family.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partners Iacopo Canino and Bianca Caruso and included senior associate Beatrice Bertuzzi and associate Laura Leonelli. Partner Madeleine Horrocks and senior associate Franco Lambiase advised for the English law aspects.
