XPPen has launched the Artist Ultra 14 drawing tablet with a 90 Hz 2.8K OLED touchscreen display. The portable unit can be connected to laptops and desktops using a single USB-C cable for drawing and editing photos, videos, and animations.

The 16:10-ratio display has a nano-etched anti-glare surface coupled with hybrid dimming that is designed to minimize eye strain, according to the company. Its 10-bit True RGB stripe OLED panel covers 99% of the Adobe RGB, sRGB, and Display P3 color gamuts, with a 100,000:1 contrast ratio and Calman-certified color calibration. These features allow artists and editors to rely on the accuracy of the colors that they see.

The Artist Ultra 14 can be controlled using touch, the two included X3 Pro-series styli, the two built-in side buttons, or the included ACK05 Shortcut Remote. All inputs can be customized with gestures, touch zones, and presets to optimize the workflow.

The tablet weighs 720 g (1.59 lbs.) and is just 6 mm (0.24 in.) thick thanks to an aluminum alloy body.

The Artist Ultra 14 is available from XPPen's website for $699. It will also be listed soon in the XPPen store on Amazon.
