Kristen Stewart cut a casual figure as she arrived at the premiere of her new film Love Me at the Sundance Film Festival Friday.

The actress 33, who received the Visionary Award at the opening night gala, donned a multi-toned ensemble that included light wash jeans rolled up at the hem and a white T-shirt with a red, yellow and blue triangle graphic. 

She topped off the look by layering with a red hoodie and a teal jacket with a blue collar. 

The Oscar nominee stepped out in red sneakers, and athletic socks.

Her dark hair was styled in a loose updo with uneven bangs and she appeared to be wearing minimal makeup.

Joining her to answer questions about Love Me, which focuses on a love story between a satellite and a buoy years after humans have died off, was co-star Steven Yeun - whose turn in Beef has netted him a Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award,

The 40-year-old actor looked dapper in a black suit and T-shirt.

The Invincible actor wore gray ankle boots and brushed his dark hair away from his face. 

In trying to describe the project written and directed by Sam and Andy Zuchero,  Kristen said, 'It's about a world in which we're no longer here, and so the echo that we've left is primarily screaming "love me."' 

'It's all about connection,' she explained. 'The satellite, the buoy, they meet.'

In explaining the freedom she felt making the film, the versatile actress contended, 'I felt like I could play every character that I ever dreamed of playing in this movie,' in an interview on The Sundance Institute's Instagram page. 

For his part, Steven explained his experience as 'I was just riding a ride and getting to share with Sam, Andy and Kristen.'

'It was, like, a really safe experience, a really welcoming experience and so it felt like the experience was that it revealed itself as I was going through it. At times white knuckling and some time, like, beautiful. It was all the feelings.'

Kristen's fiancée Dylan Meyer, 36, showed her support.

The Moxie screenwriter looked chic in a black leather biker jacket, faded black jeans and a white T-shirt.

Her long blonde hair was styled in a half ponytail and she appeared to be wearing minimal makeup. 

In a moment of camaraderie with the camera crews waiting in the cold to take her picture, Kristen posed with several of them just inside the theater. 

Love Me isn't the only movie Kristen is promoting at Sundance. She also stars in Love Lies Bleeding, a tense drama about a small town girl who gets involved with a female body builder who gets involved with some bad guys. 

Ed Harris, Katy O'Brien and Anna Baryshnikov co-star in the gritty crime drama. 

The actress has two other films on her roster, but has vowed to stop acting until she can get funding for her passion project, The Chronology of Water. Kristen wants to make the film her directorial debut about a bi-sexual woman deals with violence, sexuality, gender and family.

'There’s this sort of essential, vital thing about making marginalized art and being on the sidelines and then coming to a place where you’re like, dude, we do hear you,' she told The Hollywood Reporter. 

'Of course I want to make my movie. Yeah, that’s all I want to do.'
