During the screening of her new film at the MJR Southgate Cinema, officials responded just after 9 p.m. local time 'for a disorderly person who was intoxicated and refusing to leave the business'.
According to a police report shared with People on Friday, the 33-year-old man was 'taken into custody by officers for possession of narcotics, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest'.
The actress, 33, was most recently spotted with her fiancée Dylan Meyer in New York City.
Variety was the first to report the alleged incident and arrest.
