Newly acquired Raiders center Tyler Linderbaum is making himself at home in Henderson with the purchase of a multimillion-dollar estate.

Linderbaum, 26, purchased a home in the Seven Hills area of Henderson for $3.7 million, according to Clark County property records. In March, the 26-year-old free agent signed a three-year, $81 million contract — $60 million guaranteed — with the Raiders, after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. The home sale closed in April, county records show.

The 5,469-square-foot custom Blue Heron home, built in 2015, sits on a 0.34-acre lot in an exclusive, guard-gated community situated on Serket golf course (formerly named Rio Secco Golf Club).

The estate features four en-suite bedrooms, six bathrooms, a three-car garage, a kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, a butler pantry, a walk-in pantry, quartz countertops, European cabinetry and Sub-Zero appliances. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the primary bedroom.

The backyard, overlooking a hole on Serket, features a resort-style pool, surrounded by a covered outdoor living space with a fireplace and a putting green. The home’s rooftop deck provides 360-degree views of the golf course, mountains and the Las Vegas Strip. Furthering the entertainment features of the home, there is a media room, featuring Dolby surround sound and a laser projector, to provide a theater feel at home. The house also features home-wide surround sound.

Kathie Castro with Realty One, who online records show represented Linderbaum in the purchase, has served as Realtor for multiple home transactions for Raiders players over the years, including star defensive end Maxx Crosby. She declined to comment Monday on Linderbaum’s transaction.
