Add MobiGyaan as a preferred source on GoogleAfter introducing the iQOO 15, iQOO has now officially confirmed the launch of the iQOO 15T in China on 20th May 2026. The smartphone will go on sale the same day following its announcement.

The company has released a teaser that reveals a design language similar to the standard iQOO 15, while introducing a new Azure Cloud color option featuring cloud-like textured patterns across the rear panel. According to the company, the iQOO 15T is designed with what it calls a “futuristic cabin” aesthetic, offering a transparent-inspired flagship design language.

The smartphone features:

• Azure Cloud finish with textured cloud patterns
• Slim 8.25mm profile
• Premium flagship-style construction
• IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance

The device is also expected to include stereo speakers, Hi-Fi audio support, and a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

The iQOO 15T is rumored to feature a large 6.82-inch 2K+ BOE Q10+ LTPO AMOLED display with flagship-level specifications. Expected display features include:

• 2K resolution (3,168 x 1440 pixels)
• 144 Hz variable refresh rate
• HDR10+ support
• 10-bit color depth (1.07 billion colors)
• DCI-P3 wide color gamut
• Up to 1,800 nits HBM brightness
• Up to 4,500 nits peak brightness
• 2,592Hz PWM dimming

The display uses a 20:9 aspect ratio and is expected to focus heavily on gaming and multimedia performance. The iQOO 15T will reportedly be powered by the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC based on a 3nm architecture. The CPU is paired with:

• ARM Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU
• Up to 16 GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM
• Up to 1 TB UFS 4.1 storage

The device is expected to run Android 16 with OriginOS 6.0 out of the box. For imaging, the iQOO 15T is tipped to feature a dual rear camera setup led by a 200 MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Expected camera setup includes:

• 200 MP main camera with OIS
• 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera
• 16 MP front-facing selfie camera

The smartphone will also include LED flash support and advanced camera optimizations through OriginOS imaging features.

One of the biggest highlights of the iQOO 15T is its massive 8,000 mAh battery, positioning it among the highest-capacity flagship smartphones in its category. The phone is expected to support 100W ultra-fast Flash Charging and advanced thermal and power management. Connectivity features are expected to include 5G (SA/NSA), Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS (L1 + L5) dual-band positioning, USB Type-C, and more.
