Want to get in trouble with your AI advertising content? Then skip this workshop.
AI-created voices, soundalikes, synthetic performers, deceased-person voice recreation, and AI-powered personalization are forcing teams to make fast decisions before campaigns go live.
The hard part is knowing when AI use calls for disclosure, when the issue is something else, and when legal, platform, or workflow controls need to step in.
This workshop gives marketers, agency leads, creative operations teams, media teams, and legal and compliance partners a practical way to apply the IAB AI Transparency and Disclosure Framework Version 2 before those decisions become launch delays, internal escalations, or avoidable risk.
Through practical cases built around the gray areas teams face before launch, attendees will learn how to use the Framework’s materiality-based lens to decide when AI use could mislead a reasonable consumer, and when issues including personalization, likeness rights, labor and talent considerations, or legal and regulatory requirements create their own disclosure obligations. They’ll also learn how to apply the Framework’s recommended disclosure types and tactics.
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand when disclosure is needed, what additional facts or legal overlays may change the answer, and which workflow-control path fits before launch.
After this workshop, you’ll be able to:
Register now and give your team the framework to make faster, smarter calls before the campaign is already in market.
Space is limited to support the virtual engagement activities, so register sooner rather than later.
