TecSox has expanded its projector lineup in India with the launch of the TecSox Prime Smart Projector. The new model features a 180-degree rotatable design, runs on Android 11, and supports 4K video decoding along with 1080p video input.
The projector is designed for flexible home entertainment setups, allowing users to project content onto walls and ceilings while offering built-in access to popular streaming platforms.

The TecSox Prime Smart Projector features a 2.1-inch LCD panel with a native HD resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels and 200 ANSI lumens of brightness. While the projector can decode 4K content and accept up to 1080p video input, the actual projected output remains limited to its native 720p resolution.
It uses a glass lens with manual focus and supports Auto Vertical and 4D Keystone Correction to help adjust image alignment. Users can project screen sizes ranging from 30 inches to 150 inches from a distance of approximately 0.8 metres to 4 metres. The projector has a 1:1.2 throw ratio and a claimed lamp life of up to 30,000 hours.
One of the key highlights of the Prime Smart Projector is its 180-degree rotatable design. The adjustable body allows users to change the projection angle without requiring a separate stand or mounting setup, making it possible to project content onto a wall or ceiling.
The compact design also makes it easier to move the projector between different rooms and adjust the viewing setup according to available space. The projector also features a built-in 2W speaker for standalone audio playback. Its rated power consumption is 40W.

The projector is powered by a Hi252 processor with support for 4K video decoding. The TecSox Prime runs Android 11 and comes with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It supports streaming services including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar and YouTube.
Wireless connectivity includes dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with support for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, along with Bluetooth 5.4. The projector also supports wireless screen mirroring from compatible Android and iOS devices. For wired connectivity, the TecSox Prime includes 1 x HDMI port, 1 x USB port and a 3.5 mm audio jack, allowing users to connect laptops, gaming consoles, streaming devices and external audio equipment.
Commenting on the launch, Puneet Gulati, Founder & Promoter of TecSox, said, “The launch of the TecSox Prime Smart Projector reflects TecSox’s commitment to delivering innovative consumer technology that combines intelligent software, modern design, and dependable performance.
