Kate Price has taken a swipe at her former partners after confirming her new romance. 

The former glamour model, 45, revealed she is dating Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater, 31, in an Instagram post on Sunday, alongside a gushing caption.

On the same day she seemed to have her exes on her mind as she shared a cryptic post about playing 'mother and father' to her children. 

The mother-of-five shares Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, with Peter, and Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight, with Kieran. 

Her eldest son Harvey, 21, was fathered by Dwight Yorke, and she has spoken at length about Dwight's lack of involvement in Harvey's life. 

Taking to her Stories on Sunday, Katie shared a post that read: 'A mother who plays the role of a father and a mother at the same time, does not deserve to be judged, but admired, valued and respected.' 

The same day she went Instagram official with JJ, sharing a snap: 'They say things happen for a reason, the unexpected happened. Fate. Ticks every box. 

'@johnjoeslater you have proved to me you are a real gentleman and completely except me for me' 

JJ sweetly responded in the comment section: 'Fate… thank you so much for being you'

Katie had spoken of marrying and starting a family with ex boyfriend Carl Woods many times in recent years, but she announced she had split from him as she took to social media while seeing the New Year in with her pal Kerry Katona.

As well as her recent split from Carl after the pair's on-off relationship, Katie also has three ex-husbands, Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler.

Katie has reportedly introduced her new boyfriend JJ to some of her children as the couple's romance heats up.

Katie and JJ jetted off on a romantic Bulgarian ski trip, of which they exclusively shared snaps with MailOnline.

A source said: 'Katie's already introduced JJ to her youngest kids. It's so important to her that he gets along with them as they're a huge part of her life.

'They've been talking for a while but it seems like it's already getting serious.'

Meanwhile, Carl, 35, who had been in an on/off relationship with Katie since 2021, shared a screenshot of a text he claimed was from Katie, sent shortly before her trip. 

The single X appeared to be a kiss, with a confused Carl replying: 'A kiss, you fry my brain'.

Before adding: 'Why send me an X last night, knowing you're going to the airport with him on my birthday?'.

Carl tagged JJ in the post and wrote: 'She used to do this behind my back to. Enjoy the skiing bro'.

He later shared another post claiming he had returned Katie's Range Rover to her mucky mansion after 'she asked him to hide it from the bailiffs'.

Bankrupt Katie is due in court next month due to £760,000 in unpaid taxes as well as £250,000 compensation owed to ex Alex Reid - resulting in bailiffs visiting her home.

In 2019, the former cage fighter, 48, who was married to Katie for two years between 2010 and 2012, won a legal case and £250,000 after the former Loose Woman allegedly leaked an explicit sex tape and photos of him.

It comes after Katie and new flame JJ got up close and personal while heading for a meal at IRMAS Restaurant in Southend on Sea on the beachfront.

The duo looked every inch the happy couple as they walked arm in arm, with Katie flashing her tattooed stomach in a crop top and combat trousers.

JJ could not stop beaming as he strutted along with the showbiz veteran, following the shocking news that his co-star ex Ella Morgan blasted Katie for 'breaking girl code' by hooking up with the star.

After pictures emerged of the Katie and JJ looking close, sources close to Ella, 29, say the reality star, who is transgender , is furious and feels 'betrayed' as she had become good friends with Katie.

Insiders told The Sun: 'Ella is fuming and feels really betrayed by Katie for talking to her ex JJ. Ella and Katie have become friends over recent months...

'So it surprised her that Katie would do that. She doesn’t have any feelings for JJ, she’s just livid that Katie went behind her back and broke girl code.'

John, also known as JJ, is said to have caught Katie's eye when they met following his appearance on the most recent series of MAFS UK last year.

A source previously told The Sun: 'They've met a few times and are texting each other constantly. She's really into him - this is the first man she's actually been interested in since Carl.'

Katie made the surprise announcement she was single in a New Year's video.

She was last spotted with Carl on December 21 last year as they stepped out arm in arm together after her pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty in Liverpool.

Katie and Carl previously split towards the end of November and unfollowed each other on Instagram but appeared to have reconciled for the Liverpool outing before going their separate ways once again.

Days later, Carl took a swipe at his ex-fiancée Katie Price as he posed while embracing a mystery woman's legs, adorned with a tattoo reading 'Game Over'.
