GTA IV CDs Collection

Hi, I'm from Slovakia and I have such an edition at home, I can't find anywhere on the internet, on Ebay or elsewhere a version like mine, can anyone advise me? How rare is it? Or am I just not able to find it anywhere? There is also a map, a poster, 2 CDs and a guide how to survive or something like that as the CD is just wrapped in the sleeve I attached the photos to, I'm just curious how RARE it is? And is there anyone here who has such an edition?
