After four days of fervent negotiations, Israel, Lebanon and the United States signed a tripartite framework agreement on Friday, which seeks to establish a process to disarm Hezbollah, dismantle its infrastructure and restore Lebanon's sovereignity, according to Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
