Roku Gin Noryo Tea Pop-Up (14 to 16 July) 

In celebration of the launch of the Roku Noryo Tea Edition, the second release in Roku Gin’s Seasonal Festival Collection following 2024’s Sakura Bloom Edition, Roku Gin is having a pop-up at Guoco Midtown from 14 to 16 July, serving up seven cocktails infused with the new limited edition gin. Our top picks would have to be the Noryo Melon Fizz and the Noryo Matcha Crush, both incredibly easy to drink and a must-try if you’re a matcha fan. While you’re at it –  be it during your lunch break or after work – you can sign up for the matcha masterclass (spots fill up fast, so don’t sleep on this), where you’ll learn how to whisk and make your very own strawberry matcha (with a dash of Roku Gin, of course). You can also purchase the limited edition seasonal Roku Gin bottle while you’re there and you’ll walk away with a free fan too.

Get ready to move, sweat and dance this July, because Glow Festival by Prudential is back at Palawan Green, Sentosa. Happening from 17 to 19 July, the festival will see a slew of wellness sessions across six festival zones, ranging from sunrise yoga to seafront runs, as well as strength training, breathwork and more – so there’s really something for every fitness level. Global fitness names Joe Wicks, Chontel Duncan and Emi Wong headline the daytime lineup, bringing their signature styles to the wellness sessions. In the evening, the festival shifts gears with a stacked live music lineup: catch Jason Derulo on Friday 17 July, Hyukoh on Saturday 18 July, and Alessia Cara closing things out on Sunday 19 July. 

Glow Festival by Prudential is located at Palawan Green, Sentosa 

If you’re heading down to Sentosa for Glow Festival, or just there for the vibes, make sure to swing by W Singapore’s pool party at WET Deck on Saturday 18 July, from 3pm to 6pm. Think of it as your official pre-party and cool-down all in one, with DJ Aida Rafaeli on the decks serving up afrobeats, energy and zero chill. CellarFiesta is back for its fifth edition and it’s shaping up to be the biggest one yet. We’d heard a lot about this bar, but nothing quite prepared us for how little it felt like Singapore once we stepped in. The space whisks you away to the streets of Japan, with a rotation of DJs spinning Japanese R&B and contemporary electronic music while you sip on highballs. We love how cosy it is, and it just got even better with three new Toki cocktails introduced for the experience. 

Try the Pocky Old Fashioned, a nostalgic nod to Japan’s iconic snack with notes of biscuit and chocolate, the Salted Citrus Highball, a brighter, more vibrant take on the classic Toki Highball, or the Apricot Whisky Sour – a unique twist on the classic cocktail which has easily become one of our favourites from the menu.

For one night only on Thursday, 16 July, ANTI:DOTE welcomes back Gabriel Carlos, Co-Founder of The Basement Cebu, to the city where he spent over 15 years building his career behind some of Singapore’s leading cocktail bars.

Now based in Cebu, Gabriel is known for championing Filipino ingredients and putting a local spin on classic cocktails, and he’s bringing that same energy back to Singapore with four exclusive drinks, created in partnership with Codigo 1530 Tequila and inspired by Cebu’s history and culinary traditions. To pair, the bar has also put together a menu of Filipino-inspired bar bites to match, like Lumpia, Lechon Kawali, Corned Beef Pandesal and Turon Fritters.

Throughout the month of July, AP Café is partnering with the well-loved gelato boutique, Birds of Paradise, for a refreshing seasonal pop-up on their patio terrace. Swing by the cafe to indulge in four distinct flavours: White Chrysanthemum featuring cacao nibs, Pandan Coconut Caramel, Lychee Raspberry, and Dark Chocolate Sorbet, all meticulously made using genuine botanicals, fruits, and spices. It’s the ideal treat for those humid afternoons in Singapore when you’re in need of a quick midday boost.

If you love all things South Korea, you’ll need to check this out. Mondrian Singapore Duxton’s Korean culture celebration returns for its third edition, kicking off with a marquee opening weekend from 10 to 12 July. 

Highlights include Jeju Unchartered, a six-hands dining experience at Bottega di Carna featuring Netflix Culinary Class Wars chefs Lee Sein and Kang Byung Wook alongside the hotel’s Executive Chef Kenny Huang; Seoul Sounds, an intimate vinyl listening night at Christina’s led by DJ collective Radio Revolution; and Seoul After Dark at Jungle Ballroom, where guest bartenders from Seoul’s Southside Parlor whip up cocktails with seasonal Korean ingredients. Beyond the opening weekend, guests can also enjoy a Korean-inspired afternoon tea at Christina’s (till 31 July) and exclusive stay packages (till 10 August).

From now until 20 September, Sentosa is hosting A Magical Island Adventure: Let’s Set Sail with Disney Cruise Line — a first-of-its-kind island-wide experience that transforms familiar spots into something entirely enchanting. First off, at Palawan Beach, look out for a six-metre inflatable anchor alongside sand sculptures of Captain Mickey and Minnie, a towering Baymax, and giant Toy Story-inspired bath toys. And come nightfall, head to the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, where you’ll find glowing marine installations and star-lit pathways bringing characters like Finding Nemo, The Little Mermaid, Lilo & Stitch and Moana to life. Over at Sensoryscape, you can let your little ones explore the 13 princess-themed hammock installations, while the Singapore Cable Car gets the Disney treatment too, with character installations across all three stations and cabin wraps inspired by the Disney Adventure.

Conversations about screen time, social media safety and digital wellbeing aren’t going away, and they’re ones we should be having more often. And that’s exactly what Meta’s Digital Dialogue IRL sets out to do.

From 25 June to 31 July, this free interactive experience at Temasek Shophouse is designed to get teens, parents, educators and the wider community actually talking about online safety, social media habits and digital wellbeing. While others may argue that there are lessons that the community has easy access to, having a guided discussion in person can open up dialogues and is more effective in terms of raising awareness with your teen.

Pop Mart’s CRYBABY is making waves, quite literally, at the Singapore Oceanarium as Pop Mart has just unveiled a new pop-up happening from 24 June to 30 August. As part of its new ‘Cry Me an Ocean’ series, the character’s activation is set inside an actual oceanarium, and it comes with 11 photo zones including life-sized sculptures to two towering outdoor inflatables. Once you’re done exploring, swing by the CRYBABY pop-up store at WEAVE in RWS to round things off with some Cry Me an Ocean merch.

Just when the Cj Hendry craze seemed to be winding down, the Australian artist herself will be bringing the world’s first inflatable experience built around her beloved collectible character to the IMBA Theatre. juju World is a ticketed event that marks the series’ debut in yellow, a new colourway created specifically for this run. Singapore will also get its own limited-edition, oversized jujus that won’t appear anywhere else once the show closes. Known for turning everyday objects into surreal, larger-than-life installations, Hendry has built a global following on making art feel playful and accessible, and this event, alongside her free-to-visit Flower Market event that happened recently is her most ambitious Southeast Asian showing yet.

You might have remembered Chivas Regal Crystalgold that was first introduced during last year’s Singapore Formula 1 season. This year, the spirit returns this summer with a more focused, local rollout. Running through June and July, the Crystalgold Summer White Spirits Takeover will see a series of bar pop-ups and small, music-led gatherings across the city. Some of these bars include Last Word, Side Door, Bae’s Cocktail Club, LAVO and Jungle Ballroom, all of which will run limited-time menus that rework classics and try lighter, more social serves: think bright highballs and spritzes alongside spirit-forward formats. 

On 20 June Groovetop stages a party that’ll lean into funk and groove, while Blackout Agency’s Secret Loft Party on 27 June turns a tucked-away industrial space into an intimate, underground night.

Boutique fitness studio SALT Fitness is celebrating its first birthday, and they’re doing it in the best way possible — with a pet-friendly bash on 11 July. Get your sweat on with a spin or strength class, then unwind with a good cup of coffee alongside fellow pet lovers. There’s also plenty to shop for, from cute finds at lifestyle and pet pop-ups by Silkfairy, Curobuddy and Feed My Paws, to personalised pet bowls and paw print keepsakes by Ola Pottery. Making its debut on the 11th and 12th of July, Asia Art & Craft Fair brings together over 500 independent artists, designers, and traditional craftsmen from across Southeast Asia and beyond for a weekend celebrating heritage and design. Expect everything from contemporary ceramics and woodwork to bespoke jewellery, traditional textiles, and upcycled art, and you’ll also get to meet the artists behind them. 

Highlights include Thailand’s Naru Ceramic, Uzbekistan’s Hunarmand Association showcasing handwoven textiles and traditional jewellery, and local names like Artzillions and illustrator Birkbushka. There’s also a full lineup of hands-on activities, from indigo tie-dye workshops to sculpting with authentic Yixing Zisha clay, plus an interactive zone for customising ceramics, tote bags, and glass sticker art. Admission is free.

What does a waterpark have to do with durians? Well, Adventure Cove Waterpark is transforming its Bay Restaurant into an all-you-can-eat durian buffet across two weekends this July, and the lineup is serious. Think – Mao Shan Wang, Black Thorn, Ang Kar and D24, alongside local favourites, fresh tropical fruits and chilled drinks. Sounds like a durian lover’s paradise, don’t you think? 

Each 75-minute evening session comes with live entertainment hosted by Ben Yeo and Colin Chee, so you’ll be eating premium durian against a backdrop of music and laughs at the region’s only marine life-integrated waterpark. Tickets are priced at $238 per person with limited slots per session, so if you’re a durian devotee, you’ll want to move fast.

Midweek parties were one of the quiet casualties of the pandemic, and for a while, it seemed like Wednesdays were just Wednesdays again.

Then Marquee introduced FTW!, and hump day has never been the same since. On 1 July, the weekly night out celebrates its first anniversary with its biggest edition yet. MO BAR Singapore is hosting Alice Cheongdam — Seoul’s #13 bar on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 — for one night only, and the four cocktails on offer are anything but ordinary. Think duck-fat whisky with balsamic and stout beer, or gin and sake lifted with mango, coriander and eucalyptus.
