I mean, that was what Varric did and it was glorious. But it worked. She got flustered and said it was time for bed, and I was finally allowed to declare defeat. “When we were tucked in our bedrolls and Varric started to snore, I asked her for the real story. She didn’t want to tell me, but I kept pestering her.
