mukul agarwal portfolio updateAce investor Mukul Agarwal picked up 13 lakh shares of Arisinfra Solutions in Q1 FY27.

Ace investor Mukul Agrawal during the first quarter of FY27 bought 13 lakh shares of Mumbai-based construction materials and services platform Arisinfra Solutions, which have crashed around 45% from IPO price in a little over a year after market debut.

Mukul Agrawal owned 13 lakh shares or 1.59% stake in the company at the end of Q1 FY27, according to the latest data on the company’s shareholding pattern available on NSE. His name was not mentioned in the shareholding pattern for Q4 FY26. Since companies need to name public shareholders only when their stake crosses 1%, it cannot be ascertained whether the ace investor held less than 1% stake in the company before the April-June quarter of the ongoing financial year 2027.

The price at which the market veteran sold the shares or the exact date when these trades were executed is yet to be ascertained. Since shareholding disclosures are still being released, further portfolio changes by Mukul Agrawal cannot be ruled out.
Arisinfra Solutions share price
