Similar issue here too on my puck. Only seems to be with live tv, apps run fine. Currently watching World Cup on bbc IPlayer in uhd with no glitches.i have 89mbps speed check on Netflix. Hard wired Ethernet connection. done all the resets/reboots after reaching out to Sky and got nowhere fast.sky clearly have a big issue here that they need to sort fast.
