Holly Ramsay revealed she 'makes all the decisions' in wedding planning with fiancé Adam Peaty prior to their explosive feud with his family over the nuptials.

The 25-year-old daughter of Gordon Ramsay appeared on World Aquatics' YouTube documentary series following Olympian Adam's journey to the 2025 Swimming World Cup, during which they discussed the lead-up to their big day.

In scenes filmed on the team coach, Holly said: 'Preparing for the wedding amongst everything else he does [training for the World Cup] is stressful but we make it work. He's very good at agreeing with my decisions which is the best way!' 

The couple are set to exchange vows in a lavish ceremony at Bath's historic Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul next month. But the forthcoming ceremony has been eclipsed by a bitter fallout between Adam and his immediate family. 

The Peatys are said to have been disinvited since it was revealed that Adam's mother Caroline was not invited to Holly's hen do, where she was joined by her mum Tana, Adam's sister Bethany and Victoria Beckham at Soho Farmhouse. 

Holly and Adam's wedding plans were laid bare in the teaser for the new documentary, as the swim teams ventured across the US for the championship.

She speaks proudly of life on the road with the sportsman, as she announces: 'I'm Holly Ramsay and I'm Adam's fiancé. Gordon Ramsay's daughter but I don't cook. I prefer to eat. And I swim only in the bath.'

The couple then gave a glimpse into their planning, with Adam turning to the camera while looking at a garden furniture website and saying: 'Doing the wedding list - the registry' - shortly before he revealed he wanted a £2k Big Green Egg barbecue. 

Speaking to the camera, the excited star admitted that he would reward whoever gifted them the swanky present, saying: 'If I see that Big Green Egg come through, you're getting the best seat in the house baby!'

The Big Green Egg is a kamado-style ceramic charcoal barbecue cooker, which is beloved by the Ramsay family's close friend David Beckham. 

Holly's confessions about her decision making comes at a poignant time, due to the news of the increasingly dramatic series of events surrounding the big day. 

As the trailer continues, Holly is then in charge of the camera, as she films Adam and asks him to wave before turning the camera to herself and saying: 'We are now on our way to the pool', as she showed her support for her fiancé. 

Adam then sweetly discussed being joined by his fiancée on the road, saying: 'If I'm racing or in meets, she'll be there in the audience. I'll be in a different hotel room... 

'It's definitely a new dynamic but I said to myself when we started that I wanted her there because it gives me balance but also not time away from home for three weeks. As someone who's going through their fourth Olympics, you need balance.'

The couple then shared a tender kiss and said I love you.

While Adam failed to mention his own family in the clip, Holly shed light on the Ramsay clan, comprising dad Gordon, mum Tana and her siblings, Megan, 27, her twin brother Jack, 25, Matilda, 23, Oscar, six, and Jesse, two. 

She said: 'I have five siblings, so the house is constantly chaotic - which is a bit like being on tour. There's definitely a few quirks to being with a swimmer...

'Always have to have snacks on hand, if I don't have snacks then he always gets very hangry so if we're going out, even on the way to dinner, I need to bring snacks with me.'

She then reflected on Adam's temperament, saying: 'There's definitely times when he just needs his own space, I mean three weeks on tour in a hotel room can definitely feel very small.' 

The release of the video comes as the couple have been accused of 'body shaming' his mother by his family, after it was claimed she wasn't invited to their wedding due to her appearance and not having the correct 'look'.

As it stands only one member of his family is set to attend on the day as a feud between the two families rumbles on.

Caroline recently broke her silence to the Daily Mail on the bitter rift that has emerged between her family and the one her son is marrying into.

She told us: 'I know it's the end.

'But please, the message I want Adam to hear is no matter what happens in the future, please know I love you, your dad loves you, you can come home and talk to me at any point.

'There's nothing you've done that I would not forgive. I love you so much.

'I hope your marriage is a good one, I don't wish any ill on you and I want you and Holly to have a long and happy marriage, like your dad and me. The reason I'm speaking out is I want all this to end.'

Caroline is acutely aware of how different her world is from the one that her son now inhabits, and the family are said to be worried sick about the power and influence of the Ramsay family.

'He's in Gordon's clutches,' Caroline said. 'I can't help but feel like they are pulling him away from me. Their family is very insular.'
