'Metering' could resume at border after Supreme Court ruling, groups warn

Migrant advocacy groups condemned the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling Thursday to uphold a previous government immigration policy that had turned back asylum-seekers at U.S. ports of entry before they enter U.S. soil.
