Gunna Teases Tour, Offset Collab Album At “One Night Only” Apple Music Event

Gunna has big plans.
The Atlanta-bred rapper teased details of new music and tour plans to fans on Monday (Sept. 22) at an exclusive Los Angeles event. Hosted with Apple Music Live, the “One Night Only” special engagement featured performances from the 32-year-old as well as a Q&A session moderated by Ebro Darden that kept attendees on their feet.
The event marked the first-ever livestream fan event and performance out of Apple Music’s new studio space in Culver City, and the chart-topper made sure to leave his mark.
VIBE attended the intimate affair, along with some of Gunna’s top listeners, who all gathered around the stage in excitement. Gunna, joined by the 1500 Or Nothing band, performed songs from his latest album The Last Wun as the crowd sang back word-for-word. The environment was for true fans of Gunna, with many able to identify the tracks with one key stroke. Admirers tossed a pink pair of lace panties on stage while he performed the sexy “wgft” which features Burna Boy. Later on, a bra was tossed Wunna’s way from another section of the crowd.

The night continued when Gunna was joined by Darden to answer questions directly from fans in the building. In the process, he revealed plans to make a collaborative album with Offset, spoke to his mental health, and announced a pending tour.
“So is there a Gunna/Offset collab album?” asked Ebro for Apple Music after a fan asked about the creative chemistry between the two rappers due to their multiple songs together.
“Definitely,” affirmed Gunna. “Yes, it’s in the works. But I, like, we spacing it out. You know, he dropped his album, I dropped my album. I was on his, he was on mine. And I feel like that was sprinkles and breadcrumbs for us to give you that meal soon.”
