Man serving life for Consulate murders dies in custody

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A man who was sentenced to life in prison back in 2017 for his part in a racketeering and drug trafficking conspiracy, including the murders of a U.S. consulate employee and two other people in 2010, died in federal custody over the weekend, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
