A second Ebola patient, a four-year-old child, has died in Uganda, bringing the number of confirmed cases to 10. The outbreak was declared in January after the death of a male nurse in Kampala. Eight patients have been discharged, but at least 265 contacts remain under strict quarantine in the capital and two other cities.
