Roxy Jacenko showed off her trim frame on Friday as she stepped out in Sydney wearing very tight activewear to a beauty appointment.

The PR maven, 45, put on a busty display in a low-cut sports bra and matching navy blue tights from P.E Nation, with both pieces featuring bright orange detailing. 

She partially covered up the form-fitting ensemble with a quilted and sherpa-lined jacket as she headed to Amy Jean's Brows in Double Bay.

Roxy accessorised with a pair of crisp white sneakers as she clipped back her blonde tresses with a bright orange clip.

Hiding her eyes behind a pair of shades, the socialite carried a black Hermès Birkin over one arm as she cradled a silver laptop against her chest.

Roxy looked every inch the busy businesswoman as she juggled her laptop and mobile phone on the way to her cosmetic appointment. 

It comes after Roxy stunned fans this week when she turned up the heat for her latest photoshoot, sharing a sneak peek online.

One photo showed Roxy putting on a busty display in a sleek, black, long-sleeved crop top that also flaunted her washboard stomach.

She was no less sultry in a second photo that showed her in a plain white one-piece bikini.  

A third photo showed Roxy indulging in another barely-there look—this time in an eye-catching red two-piece bikini.

Roxy took to Instagram on Wednesday to give fans a sneak peek into the shoot while divulging a very interesting trade secret.

The video showed Roxy modelling her saucy looks and many more, while hair and make-up artist to the stars Max May worked his magic.

He revealed that it was actually a bottle of LBDO water-based lubricant that made her shine and was seen liberally applying the sexual enhancer to Roxy's trim frame.

She appeared to be having the time of her life, preparing for the racy shoot, giggling as Max worked his magic.

The video left Roxy's 262,000 followers speechless, with many only able to offer fire and love heart emojis in the comments.

'The industry secret for glossy skin is out,' Max joked.
