LPD officer testifies Memorial Day 2024 mass shooting tied to gangs

Prosecutors and law enforcement say the man accused of shooting six and killing one during a mass shooting in downtown Lansing on May 27, 2024, was a member of a gang and some of the victims were members of a rival gang.
