Hilaria Baldwin has announced her new book, Manual Not Included.

The book, set for release on May 6, sees Baldwin reveal 'the highs and lows and unpredictable outtakes from her different and not-so-different life,' with chapters covering motherhood, love, and friendship.

Baldwin, 41, announced her literary venture Thursday with a cover of the new page-turner, which featured the yoga instructor posing in a glam mini dress beside her family.

Her husband, Alec Baldwin, 66, sat amongst the chaos inside a box with his mouth taped shut.

'In Manual Not Included, Hilaria writes about the relatable, hard-earned insights she’s gained from her experiences as an individual, a partner, and a parent—from feeling empowered, to having a fulfilling relationship, to being as good a mother as possible, all while still being a work in progress,' reads the description on the Simon & Schuster website.

'Within chapters about love, motherhood, and friendship, Hilaria offers up her candid stories around common themes facing women—from feeling like you’re too much and also not enough, to grappling with the expectation to be a “good girl,” and to striving for unattainable perfection. 

'While there is no one right way to live, by sharing what we’ve learned along the way, with compassion and without judgment, we can each create our own perfectly imperfect manual.'

Alec and Hilaria share seven children together - daughters Carmen, 11, Maria, three, Ilaria, two, and sons Rafael, nine, son Leonardo, seven, Romeo, six, Eduardo, four.

Alec told the AP on November 11 that their TLC family reality show The Baldwins is 'coming out in January, I think,' but admitted he 'wasn't very fun' without scripted dialogue: '[I prefer directors to] tell me what to do.'

The married couple of 12 years originally met on February 18, 2011 while they were dining separately at the since-closed restaurant Pure Food and Wine in New York City.

In 2023, Alec officially became a grandfather when his eldest daughter Ireland and Grammy winner RAC welcomed their daughter Holland.

The Oregon-based 29-year-old is Baldwin's only child from his seven-year marriage to Oscar winner Kim Basinger, which acrimoniously ended in 2002.

Manual Not Included is not the first book Baldwin has published. In 2016 she released The Living Clearly Method: 5 Principles for a Fit Body, Healthy Mind & Joyful Life.

She will also be releasing a book with daughter Carmen, Glowing Up: Recipes to Rock Your Natural Beauty. 

The book contains skincare recipes, fitness tips, and self-love advice.  

When announcing the book last month, Hilaria wrote that the book is a 'guide to embracing self-care, building confidence, and celebrating natural beauty.'

'If your child is like ours, skincare is an obsession. Walking that line of letting them explore and have fun, but also being conscious of what they are putting on their skin is a hard one,' she said.

'We strike a balance in our home and part of it has been Carmen-led by watching her make her own skincare products, from our kitchen, researching, learning about beneficial ingredients, creating and having fun.'

She concluded the note by gushing about how 'proud' she was of her daughter. 

'We are so proud of you Carmen, and so excited to share this project with you all,' Hilaria wrote.

Glowing Up will be released on March 25.
