Summer Stars is rumored to be the next promo in FC 26, and we could find some overpowered cards to add to our Ultimate Team squads. EA Sports hasn’t shared much on the upcoming promo.

However, we have a fair idea about what to expect thanks to social media leaks and rumors.

So far, the list of leaks is minimal. However, you can guess some upcoming cards from the theme of the promo. Summer Stars will feature special cards of footballers who have done well so far in the FIFA World Cup. Here are some of the leaks and predictions. Always take rumors with a grain of salt until there’s confirmation at launch.

We will have more leaks and rumors as we get closer to the launch date. While a bulk of the new cards will be in packs, watch out for SBCs and objectives that will be live during the promo. Some of them could feature a few underrated gems to obtain without relying on your pack luck.

FC 26 Summer Stars release countdown

Summer Stars will directly replace Phenoms, which is currently live in Ultimate Team. The following countdown will expire once the new promo is live. It will be live on Friday, July 17.

The countdown is based on the following times.

• 12pm CT
• 1pm ET
• 5pm UTC
• 6pm BST
• 7pm CEST

Once again, EA Sports is expected to follow the usual schedule. We should have a confirmation around Wednesday unless they change it up. I am excited to see which superstars get featured on the promo and what their cards could look like in terms of stats and playstyles.
