“Whether you are sick or in pain, as long as you have a single breath left, as long as you are still living, as long as you can still speak and walk, then you have the energy to perform your duty, and you should be well-behaved in the performance of your duty with your feet planted firmly on the ground. You must not abandon the duty of a created being or the responsibility given to you by the Creator. As long as you are not yet dead, you should fulfill your duty and fulfill it well. Some people say, “These things You say are not very considerate. I’m sick and it’s hard for me to bear!” When it’s hard for you, you can take a rest, and you can take care of yourself and receive treatment. If you still wish to perform your duty, you can reduce your workload and perform some suitable duty, one that doesn’t impact your recovery. This will prove that you have not abandoned your duty in your heart, that your heart has not strayed from God, that you have not denied God’s name in your heart, and that you have not abandoned the desire to be a proper created being in your heart. Some people say, “I’ve done all of that, so will God take this sickness from me?” Will He? (Not necessarily.) Whether God takes that sickness from you or not, whether God cures you or not, what you do is what a created being ought to do. Whether you are physically capable of performing your duty or not, whether you can take on any work or not, whether your health permits you to perform your duty or not, your heart must not stray from God, and you must not abandon your duty in your heart. In this way, you will fulfill your responsibilities, your obligations, and your duty—this is the faithfulness you should hold to. Just because you cannot do things with your hands or you’re not able to speak anymore, or your eyes no longer see, or you cannot move your body anymore, you must not think that God ought to heal you, and if He doesn’t heal you then you want to deny Him in your innermost heart, abandon your duty, and leave God behind. What is the nature of such an act? (It is a betrayal of God.) It is a betrayal! When they’re not sick, some people will often come before God to pray, and when they’re sick and they hope that God will heal them, placing all their hopes on God, they will still come before God and not abandon Him. However, after some time has passed and God has still not cured them, they become disappointed in God, they abandon God deep in their hearts and they abandon their duties. When their illness isn’t so bad and God does not cure them, some people do not abandon God; when their illness becomes serious, however, and they are facing death, they know then for certain that God really hasn’t cured them, that they have waited all this time only to have waited for death, and so they abandon and deny God in their hearts. They believe that if God hasn’t cured them, then God must not exist; that if God hasn’t cured them, then God must not be God at all, and is not worth believing in. Because God hasn’t cured them, they regret ever having believed in God, and they stop believing in Him. Is this not a betrayal of God? This is a serious betrayal of God. Therefore, you absolutely must not go that way—only those who obey God until death have true faith."

Masakit ang ginagawang sakripisyo ng Diyos alang-alang sa bawat indibiduwal. Itinutuon Niya ang Kanyang kalooban sa bawat isang tao, na may mga inaasahan at inaasam para sa lahat. Malaya Siyang gumagawa ng masakit na sakripisyo para sa mga tao ayon sa Kanyang sariling kalooban, at kusa Niyang ibinibigay ang Kanyang buhay at katotohanan sa bawat indibiduwal. Kaya nasisiyahan ang Diyos kung nauunawaan ng isang tao ang layon Niyang ito. Kung natatanggap at nasusunod mo ang mga bagay na ginagawa Niya, at kung natatanggap mo ang lahat mula sa Diyos, nadarama Niya na ang masakit na sakripisyong iyon ay hindi nawalan nang kabuluhan. Ang ibig sabihin niyan, kung namuhay ka nang marapat sa pangangalaga at pag-iisip na naipuhunan sa iyo ng Diyos, natamo mo na ang mga gantimpala sa bawat sitwasyon, at hindi mo Siya nabigo sa mga inaasam Niya sa iyo, at kung ang ginagawa sa iyo ng Diyos ay nagkaroon na ng inaasahang epekto at umabot na sa inaasahang layunin, nasisiyahan ang puso ng Diyos. Kung hindi mo kailanaman tinatanggap kung anong ginagawa sa iyo ng Diyos, sa halip ay palaging tinatanggihan at nilalabanan ito, hindi ba Siya mababahala kung ganun? Mag-aalala Siya at mababahala at sasabihin Niya, “Inayos ko ang mga kapaligiran para sa iyo at binayaran ang isang napakabigat na halaga, pero bakit walang bunga? Bakit walang isa sa mga ito ang nakaantig sa iyong puso?” Kung hindi makita ng Diyos na ang gawaing Kanyang ginawa ay may nagawa sa iyo, masasaktan Siya. Bakit Siya nasasaktan? Ito ay dahil manhid ka, ignorante, mapagmataas, at matigas ang ulo; hindi mo nauunawaan ang Kaniyang kalooban, ni hindi mo tinatanggap ang katotohanan. Inaako ng Diyos ang tungkulin para sa iyong buhay, at nag-aalala Siya at nababahala para dito. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit nasasaktan ang damdamin ng Diyos.

喊了31年的國會改革，如今終於完成了，當年高揭改革大旗的民進黨，如今成為阻擋改革的急先鋒。🔥
這次的國會改革，是在公開透明的審查程序下完成，絕對沒有黑箱，不僅完善了國會的監督能力，也落實了民主的機制。
#改革是一條永不停止的路，嘉郡很榮幸能夠參與這次民主深化的國會改革，也讓國會改革法案順利通過。這再次證明中華民國的民主進步，我們靠著數人頭的表決來通過一個又一個法案，而不是在打破人頭的抗爭，與煽動錯誤資訊的認知作戰下妥協，我們靠的是每個選民投票的託付，在立法院中通過了這些改革。
國會改革不是針對任何政黨或任何個人，而是讓國家的政治體制能夠更加完備，讓行政權與立法權互相監督制衡的機制能夠更加完善，這是可長可久的機制。
舉凡英國🇬🇧、日本🇯🇵等民主國家，改革的路上都曾面臨阻力與陣痛，但改革所帶來的果實是國人與其後代所共享，也為國家未來發展奠定良好基石。
透過國會改革的修法，可以增強國會的監督權力，提升政府的透明度和效能，防止權力的濫用，讓陽光灑進政府，嘉郡認為，這不僅是國民黨的責任，更是我們對民意的回應。
這次改革過程中，嘉郡大部分的時間都站在韓國瑜院長的旁邊，親眼看到韓院長不厭其煩地一個法條一個法條的表決，一個法條一個法條的宣讀，這麼多天以來我們終於完成了。👍
嘉郡自始至終都相信，不論任何一個政黨執政，行政權本來就需要立法權的強力監督，今天的國會改革成功過後，將會留給下一代更好的國家運作，更好的政治體系，不論你是民進黨、民眾黨、國民黨都一樣。#謝謝國民黨的兄弟姐妹們和民眾黨的夥伴們一起咬著牙推動這些改革，也希望民進黨的同僚們日後可以善盡國會的監督權和制衡權。
