The retired NFL player, 51, was taken into custody in Orlando, Florida, over an alleged hotel altercation on Fourth of July weekend.
Annemarie Wiley’s husband, Marcellus Wiley, allegedly threatened to kill her before his domestic violence arrest over Fourth of July weekend.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum called the cops to report a battery after an alleged confrontation on Saturday in Florida, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by TMZ.
The former reality star told officers she was scared of her partner and requested the retired NFL player be removed from their World Marriott room.

She alleged Marcellus had engaged in an “unreported history of violence towards her in the past,” which the athlete denied.
The former defensive end showed the authorities cordial text messages between himself and Annemarie — but was ultimately taken into custody on domestic violence battery charges.
He and Annemarie, notably, were in Orlando with their three children for a basketball tournament.
People reported on Sunday that Marcellus, who is also the father of daughter Morocca from a past romance, was released from Orange County Jail after posting a $1,000 cash bond.

That same day, a no contact order was issued, per Us Weekly, with Marcellus ordered to remain at least 500 feet from Annemarie, their marital residence and her place of work.
He, additionally, has been forbidden from communicating with Annemarie, whether that be orally, via any written communication or through their children.
Marcellus, who was given permission to return to California, also cannot possess any weapons or firearms.
While he must maintain a separate residence, he can return to their home once with a police escort to collect his belongings.
In an X post shared Monday, Marcellus said he “completely and unequivocally” denies the allegations and he’s “certain the truth will prevail.

But because this is now a legal matter—and because my greatest responsibility is protecting my babies, who have already been impacted—I have to handle this differently,” he explained. “When I can speak freely, I absolutely will 💯.”
Annemarie, meanwhile, filed for both divorce from and a restraining order against Marcellus Monday.
She listed the date of separation as “TBD” and cited “irreconcilable differences” as reason for the split as well as requests both sole legal and physical custody of their three children — son Marcellus Jr., 10, as well as daughters Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6.
In her restraining order request, Annemarie claimed their kids witnessed Marcellus abuse her at various times and alleged the abuse has happened “repeatedly over the years.”
Reps for Marcellus and Annemarie did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The couple has been married since 2014.
Annemarie, who was on “RHOBH” for Season 13, told cops over the weekend that she plans to divorce the sportscaster.

One woman claimed she was 13 when Marcellus started pursuing her.
Marcellus issued a denial via YouTube in May, saying, “I’m going to continue to challenge all these false accusations.”
He previously denied claims by three individuals in 2023 accusing him of sexual assault.
