CloudShow has been loading much slower recently. Also, when I change settings on the website, the client doesn't update at all. It used to sync and respond instantly
When is the last time that device has been restarted? It looks like the launcher is out of date and needs to be updated.

The computer restarts every day, and sometimes it also restarts because the client failed to refresh
