If he actually believes any of this, he's psychotic. He may well be both," he added. His criticism extended to President Donald Trump's plans to declare Georgia Senators Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff illegitimate based on unfounded fraud and foreign interference claims, powers the president does not possess.
