Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor put on a very classy display as they arrived at Zoe Law: Legends photography exhibition At the National Portrait Gallery in London on Thursday. 

The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, who has been keeping busy doing up her new home with her husband Hugo, 38, took a break from their hard work renovations and got dressed up for the evening. 

For the glitzy eve, Millie put on a leggy display in a crushed velvet black gown which featured a daringly high slit up the right leg. 

She added inches to her statuesque frame as she slipped into a pair of towering black shiny stilettos. 

To accessorise, Millie finished her look with a pair of bold, silver and blue dangly earrings which hovered over her shoulders. 

Finishing her elegant ensemble, she slicked her lose blonde tresses in to a loose middle-parted updo. 

Looking equally charming, Hugo looked incredible as he arrived in a well-tailored, light grey, two-piece suit. 

He layered his blazer over a crisp white shirt, a thin black satin tie and shiny black suit shoes. 

Millie and Hugo's outing comes just hours after she showcased her latest lavish home renovation as she revealed her latest jaw-dropping transformation. 

She looked happier than ever with the progress so far as she took to Instagram to share her latest project. 

The TV personality wowed her fans as she converted a kitchen into a snuggle movie room complete with a large corner couch and flat-screen TV. 

Sharing an album of snaps to Instagram, Millie shared her old-fashioned look kitchen fitted with worn-out cupboards and grubby finishings. 

Millie then gave a glimpse into the progression and hardwork it took to complete the transformation as she shared a few snaps of the kitchen being torn apart to make way for her movie room. 

But all the graft appeared to have paid off as Millie shared a snap appearing happy as ever sat in a lavish blue movie room, which featured midnight blue panneling. 

The walls were filled with colourful novels and mood lighting which neatly stacked around a swanky flat screen TV. 

In the snaps, Millie looked cozy as she sank into her new corner couch while relaxing in her lounge wear. 

She penned: ''Our snug before and after! There’s something special about creating a little sanctuary in your home, and our tv room has truly become just that. It was originally the kitchen and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house, it’s our go-to for slowing down and switching off in the evenings.

Whether it’s curling up under a blanket with a gripping book, indulging in a cosy movie night, or simply soaking up the stillness, this room surrounds you and feels like a big, warm hug.
