Pratt Home Builders has announced Ridgesong, a new residential community coming soon to Ooltewah that is designed to "meet the growing demand for thoughtfully crafted homes while enhancing the character and connectivity of one of the Chattanooga region’s fastest-growing areas."
 
To celebrate the launch of the community, Pratt Home Builders will host a Realtor Preview on July 23 from 4-7 p.m., offering local real estate professionals an exclusive first look at Ridgesong, its homesites, amenities and community vision.
 
The community’s official Grand Opening will take place on July 24 from 4-7 p.m.
