Aimovig - Has anyone experienced redness or rash on the face feeling hot and flushed?

I’ve had 3 injections so far. I’ve always dealt with constipation my whole life so it was manageable. What I did notice but didn’t connect the dot was feeling flushed and hot on the face as if it is a hot flash but I’m not at that age yet. I’ve been experiencing redness on the cheeks and nose like rosacea but dermatologists told me it’s not. Wondering if it is Aimovig causing this symptom.
