Apple has announced that it will be opening Europe’s first Apple Developer Center later this year and has provided a sneak peek inside the facility.

Situated in Berlin, Germany, it will be the company’s fifth developer center after Cupertino, Shanghai, Singapore, and Bengaluru …

The centers are designed to provide developers with training programs and hands-on support from Apple experts.

This new center will offer developers throughout Europe even greater access to Apple experts and events, and a more direct way to learn about the latest Apple tools, technologies, and resources. 

“Europe is home to an extraordinary community of developers who are building apps that create connections, encourage creativity, and drive innovation,” said Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations. “We have always believed that when developers have the right tools and resources to do their best work, incredible things follow. That belief is what this center is built on, and we look forward to seeing what the community continues to develop.”

The company says workshops and one-on-one sessions will be offered for those at every stage of app development, and businesses of all sizes from one person up.

Apple also has a global network of 19 Apple Developer Academies that provide longer-term training to selected candidates.
