RSSI numbers different in user 360 view vs 802.11 metrics in Cisco Prime

Please see the attached. Question is why are these RSSI values different. At first I thought I was looking at these from the perspective of the client in 360 view and from the AP in metrics view. We are not utilizing 802.11K, but we are using CCKM.
