GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound have become some of the most talked-about drugs in the world. While much of the conversation focuses on weight loss, many people say the biggest changes have had nothing to do with the number on the scale.

Some describe finally feeling in control of "food noise." Others say their blood sugar, mobility, inflammation, sleep, or overall quality of life improved in ways they never expected.

So we want to hear from you: If you're taking a GLP-1 medication and your life has improved because of it, how has it changed things for you?

Maybe you've lost weight after years of trying everything else.

Perhaps your diabetes or PCOS symptoms became easier to manage.

Maybe you have more energy, your joints hurt less, or you're able to do things that once felt impossible.
