Press release:Arc GLOW Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Lynn Fleming recently graduated from The Arc New York Leadership Institute, completing the 10-month executive development program alongside 25 other participants.Throughout the program, participants engaged in group learning, one-on-one mentorship, and discussions designed to strengthen leadership skills. Fleming collaborated with peers statewide to analyze innovative social enterprises and refine best practices to advance Arc GLOW's mission.Fleming joined Arc GLOW in 2019 and has been a driving force for financial stability and programmatic growth across Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming counties.
