The royals are known for their love of sport, so it is no surprise some are turning to the latest tech to keep track of their health.

Prince Harry have previously been spotted with an Oura ring, which keeps tabs on all health vitals.

Queen Camilla has sported her Fitbit device at several engagements, whilst Prince William owns a Whoop wearable and showed it off at Euro 2024.

And Mike Tindall, who won the Rugby World Cup with England, owns an Apple Watch, which tracks key fitness markers.

Below, we look at the modern ways the Royal Family are keeping an eye on their health.

Queen of fitness

Camilla took to wearing a Fitbit - a digital fitness and activity tracker - a few years ago as her workload increased.

Her device boasts a dark blue strap.

Camilla has been snapped at several engagements with the Fitbit on full display, including at the Commonwealth Day Service in 2022.

The fitness tech even made an appearance in a photograph taken by Kate Middleton for the cover of Country Life ahead of her 75th birthday the same year.

Prince William keeps track

In a slightly different style to Camilla, Prince William instead opts for a Whoop watch.

A similar concept to Fitbit, William was seen wearing the black fitness tracker at the Dusseldorf Arena during the Euros this summer.

Cheering England on enthusiastically and sometimes holding his head in his hands, the prince's watch was on full display.

The fitness tech can monitor various health-related factors including heart rate which could be why William chose to wear it during the tense game that England won by penalties.

The royal is known for his passion for sport and is often seen either watching or participating in the action.

Harry's wellness ring

A high tech piece of fitness equipment that you can wear on your finger is how Prince Harry monitors his health.

The Oura ring is a state-of-the-art titanium sleep and activity tracker.

In wearing one, Harry is echoing former England manager Gareth Southgate.

The ring works by taking constant readings of body temperature, heart rate and movement and feeds back to a smartphone app that allows the wearer to see the results.

Mike's mod-con watch

It is perhaps no surprise that former England rugby star Mike Tindall is also into fitness tech.

He wore an Apple Watch - which monitors all key vital signs - during his appearance on ITV's This Morning in 2022.

Despite retiring from rugby in 2014, he is still an active sportsman.

It is perhaps no surprise that former professional rugby player Mike Tindall is also into the fitness tech like his other Royal Family members
