Walker County Sheriff's Office will be battling Catoosa County Sheriff's Office in a fight to help save lives in the 2026 Battle of The Badges.

The blood donation competition will be held on Thursday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Walker County Sheriff's Office front parking lot and the Catoosa County Sheriff's office parking lot.

"This is a friendly competition against the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office, but our Walker County people have blown us away for the last few years with their willingness to give and help others," Walker County officials said.

"Our goal is 85 donors this year."

You must donate at the location where you want your donation to count: either the Walker County Sheriff's Office parking lot or the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office parking lot.
