Sims document server / report generation issues

Morning all,



Is anyone having issues generating profiles/reports? our school and others in the trust are experiencing issues generating reports due to a document management server bug in the latest version of sims it seems, our data manager is unable to change templates via session management and is unable to process the reports with existing templates.



Not sure whether we're just generating reports earlier than everyone else? we're on 7.230 via Connected
