Union Square Donuts is expanding to South Shore shopping center

A growing local group of donut shops is expanding once again, and this will be its first location south of Boston.
According to an Instagram post from the business, Union Square Donuts is planning to open in Hingham sometime this summer, moving into a space at the Derby Street Shops just off Route 3. Once it opens, the new location will join others in Somerville, Brookline, Boston, Cambridge and Lynnfield, and it will offer donuts, coffee, tea, cinnamon rolls and more.
The website for Union Square Donuts–which started out in Somerville in 2012–can be found at unionsquaredonuts.com.
