Their relationship is only getting stronger after meeting earlier this year while filming a television show. And Renee Zellweger will shell out $30,000 per month to live next to her boyfriend, Ant Anstead, in a home which sold for $7.5million two years ago in the affluent coastal community of Laguna Beach. 

The 52-year-old Academy Award-winner rented a stunning five-bedroom mansion nearby her reality star beau as he preps for renovations at his own luxury digs with the Property Brothers. 

The Orange County oasis overlooks the Pacific Ocean and boasts 4,900-square-feet of living space across three stories.

Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the property which is tucked away behind a gated fence with a driveway. 

Gorgeous hardwood floors are featured throughout the home, which also offers ocean views in nearly every room. She will be able to entertain in the large family room on the lower level, which also boasts a large walk-in wine cellar.

A nearby family room overlooks the ocean and provides direct access to the gazebo and stairs to the water. 

A private primary suite is situated on the upper level of the home and boasts incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. In addition to the stairway leading down to the water, guests can sunbathe on a deck or take a dip in the pool. 

Renee recently went public with her relationship to Ant Anstead after the couple met earlier this year while working on his Discovery+ show, Celebrity IOU Joyride. Speaking to PEOPLE (The TV show!) this month, Ant said: 'I'm really grateful to the show because these amazing things happen in your world and sometimes when things collide, they collide at the most obscure times when you least expect them.' He added: 'And that's what happened in this case. I'm grateful for that.'
