She has shared plenty of loved-up display with her boyfriend Ant Anstead in recent months.

But Renée Zellweger appeared to have kicked her relationship up a notch when she was spotted joining the 43-year-old television presenter on his current trip back to the United Kingdom with his son Hudson, three.

Detail-oriented fans of the 53-year-old Oscar winner spotted her in a photo Ant shared to Instagram on Tuesday that showed an adorable Hudson practicing his cricket skills after he traveled with his father to see his half-siblings.

Although Renée was hidden away in the background of the photo, one key detail gave her away: her recognizable orange Texas Longhorns hat. 

The actress, who hails from Texas and studied English literature at the University of Texas at Austin, has long been a fan of her alma mater's team, and the hat is a regular fixture of her low-key ensembles.

In the photo, Hudson showed off a sweet smile and wore a navy blue Christmas sweater as he held a blue bat in front of a yellow wicket.

In the background of the gymnasium, Renée could be seen chatting with another woman.

She wore her hat over her tied-up hair, and she opted for an anonymous look with a black hoodie, olive green cargo pants and a black back slung over her back.

Ant joked about teaching his son about the rules of cricket in his caption, without mentioning his love or tagging her.

'It’s merely my parental duty to teach Hudzo British sports….. CRICKET,' he wrote, adding that Hudson said, '"Daddo it’s like baseball….😂."'

One commenter wrote, 'Renée meeting the family,' and several others speculated that her trip with the English broadcaster was so that she could meet his other children who live in the UK: Amelie, 19, and Archie, 16.

Another post from Ant showed him with all three of his children as they took a walk in the country.

One short video featured a panning camera which revealed the family, along with Renée, who wore a black coat and her orange baseball cap.

'Renée for the Holiday win!! Recognize that cap always!' wrote one fan.

Some commenters seemed critical of Renée's presence, though others defended her.

Ant appears to have hinted at his connection to the acclaimed actress throughout the holiday season.

Shortly before Christmas, he posted a cute photo of Hudson placing a globe ornament on a Christmas tree.

The tree included the Union Jack flag, along with the Norwegian flag, which fans assumed was a reference to Renée's mother, who grew up in Norway.

He previously confirmed that he spent the Thanksgiving holiday with the Chicago star. 

Renée, who met her boyfriend on the set of Celebrity IOU: Joyride, went Instagram official with the presenter in August of 2021. 

The two were reported to be dating in June of that year, shortly after he finalized his divorce from Hudson's mother, Christina Hall.
