Christina Haack revealed she is building a new way forward in 2025 after her shocking divorce from ex-husband Josh Hall. 

On Tuesday, the 41-year-old real estate investor — who mas been married three times — took to Instagram to share a sexy selfie as she admitted she is working with a life coach to correct her 'past patterns' and 'break the cycle.'

And in this new chapter she wants to prioritize her children; Taylor, 14, and Brayden, nine, who she shares with ex Tarek El Moussa as well as Hudson, five, who she shares with ex Ant Anstead.

'Karma restoration 2025…. ✨Some things I’ve learned (and yes I am still a work in progress… healing is not linear) … awareness of past patterns, not ignoring my intuition & gut instincts,' she penned in the caption.

'Slowing the f down, talking to my friends vs being embarrassed and not talking to anyone as well as not being afraid to have the hard conversations.

'This year I will be doing the work with my life coach to break the cycle, taking the kids & myself on some amazing adventures and focusing on a few new projects while making sure they are all done with passion❤️♟️,' she explained.

The Flip Off star's post was a hit with her 1.8million followers as fans rushed to the comments to praise the vixen for 'loving herself' and inspiring other women to put themselves first.

'Good for you❤️ Think of the women you are helping who are going through a similar situation. I've been there too and it will get better with these steps you describe,' one fan wrote.

Another chimed in, 'You never go wrong when you invest in yourself❤️and your family. You are on the right track!'

The HGTV diva and realtor Josh Hall's heart wrenching split shocked fans in July 2024 when he filed for divorce after nearly three years of marriage — and the exes have been embroiled in a public war of words since. 

Prior to their split, Christina and Josh were slated to appear alongside her ex Tarek and his wife Heather Rae in The Flip Off. Now, she is facing off against the couple in the home-flipping competition special, solo. The Flip Off is slated to hit TV screens on January 29 at 8 p.m. EST.

Just hours prior to revealing her plans to move on in the new year, Christina took to her Instagram Story to share a disturbing image of herself sobbing in her car as she slammed her ex. 

'This was taken June 21, 2024. After one of my shoots with Josh. This is "real" and a reminder to myself that I deserve better,' she penned above the soul-baring selfie.

Josh fired-back at HGTV for creating 'manufactured drama', reposting a Fox News story claiming to have a video of a 'tense fight' between the exes.

'TFW you can't get enough rating with celebrity [house] designers, so you rely on manufactured drama with me, a nobody @hgtv, you've changed,' he penned above the article.

According to legal paperwork obtained by TMZ, Christina and Josh filed for a dissolution of marriage citing 'irreconcilable differences' on July 15, 2024.

At the time, an insider close to the exes told People Magazine they 'had issues in the marriage for quite some time.'

In Josh’s divorce filings, the realtor sought alimony and asked the courts to 'eliminate' the mother-of-three's 'ability to collect from him.'
