Queenslander Lance McDonald stole the show at the No Limit weigh-in ahead of Wednesday night's fights.

Nikita Tszyu is certainly the biggest name on the card, but that didn't stop the fighter nicknamed 'G-Banger' from becoming the highlight of Tuesday.

Main Event host Ben Damon only had time to warn fans to 'avert your eyes' as he introduced the Brisbane fighter.

The middleweight boxer gave all the fans in attendance an eyeful when he stripped off his tracksuit.

That revealed a skimpy black g-string, causing those around him to burst into laughter.

Even No Limit boss George Ross could be seen in stitches as McDonald approached the scales.

'I'll just give you a moment, ladies and gentlemen,' Damon joked as the laughter continued after McDonald had stepped off the scales.

'G-Banger' who currently holds a 1-4-1 professional record, weighed in at 68.76kg for his bout with Rahim Mundine.

Rahim is following in the footsteps of his father Anthony Mundine, who finished his stellar career with 48 wins and 11 losses.

The two will meet at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on Wednesday on the undercard of Nikita Tszyu vs Oscar Diaz.

Nikita, son of Kostya Tszyu, weighed in at 69.40kg while his Spanish counterpart clocked in at 69.16kg.

The 28-year-old looked to be in great shape, and surprised fans with a new shaved head after appearing on Monday with a full head of hair.

Tszyu holds an undefeated record and will be aiming to maintain that clean loss column

'This is like my helmet, in a way,' he said.

'It's a ritual. When I shaved my head last night I felt something change. Now I'm ready.'

The rising Aussie boxer said 'I'm ready to hurt him',' when asked if he had any last words for his opponent.

Speaking to Main Event in depth, Tszyu said of his father, 'He only gives me one piece of advice - don't get hit.

'That's all I've ever hear from him, and that's all you need to know.

'It's a simple sport.

'Hopefully I get the chance to maim (Diaz), put a lot of pain into someone's eyes.'

Nikita is set to head into Wednesday's fight without his brother Tim Tszyu by his side following a fall out prior to Tim's win over Denis Nurja.

Tim told Nikita not to show up at the fight according to Nikita, 'I don't want to get into it too much, I know you guys feed off the spicy drama and everything that's happening between us, but you are correct,' Nikita said when asked if Tim banned him from his fight.

Nikita has responded in kind when asked about Tim's presence at his bout with Diaz, 'I don't care. I don't care at this point.

'I'm not fussed about anything. My fight is my fight, I only really need my time.

'They're the ones I need behind me.'

Both Diaz and Tszyu enter Wednesday's fight undefeated and aiming to keep their loss column clear.
