The emotional lyrics sees the singer claiming they had 'never been strangers' and instead had always been 'intertwining souls'.
'I lose my mind / When I'm around you, how I come alive / When I'm without you, I can't help but feel so lost / I wanna give you all I've got.'

While many fans were quick to assume Jamie and Sophie's unusual choice of name was a musical nod to David Bowie's alter ego Ziggy Stardust, others were less convinced.
The music loving couple, had a Andy Warhol print of the Bowie on the wall of their old apartment, and just like them the hitmaker was a famous Chelsea resident, living on Oakley Street in the 1970s with his then wife Angie.
Meanwhile other famous musical Ziggy's including fellow Ziggy Marley, Bob Marley's son and American Jazz trumpeter Ziggy Elman.
But taking to Reddit one fan claimed the name was quite popular in Chelsea: 'It’s quite common in the posh circles it’s like Brit Pop/Rock inspired, personally know a Ziggy, Siggy, Bowie & Rigby all who live in and around b****y Chelsea.'
Another suggested it was a nickname for the more formal Zackary or Ezekiel, while another wondered if the newborn had been named after the supercomputer from 80s TV Show Quantum Leap.
Meanwhile in a possible nod to their swanky stomping ground, there is a famous Chelsea boot known as a Ziggy.
On Thursday the couple shared a photo of Jamie with his arms around Sophie, 31, as she cradled their newborn and another of herself with the baby.
The pair were inundated with well wishes from their celebrity pals including Jessie J who wrote: 'You did it mama.'

Take my heart, don't break it
Love me to my bones
All this time I've wasted
You were right there all along
You and I stargazing
Intertwining souls
We were never strangers
You were right there all along (hey!)
I lose my mind
When I'm around you, how I come alive
When I'm without you, I can't help but feel so lost
I wanna give you all I've got
Rylan Clark penned: 'Congrats you two xxx' while Stacey Solomon and Strictly star Nadiya Bychkova also sent their well wishes. Former Big Brother winner Kate Lawler said Ziggy is a 'very cool name'.

Sophie recently revealed why she won't let anyone kiss her newborn baby.
The blonde beauty said the very thought of people kissing her little one gives her sleepless nights.
Speaking on their Nearly Parents podcast, Sophie said: 'No one's f*****g kissing my baby. And I'm gonna say this on this podcast: If anyone comes and kisses my newborn baby, I will punch you in the face.'
Jamie laughed as Sophie added: 'Please do not come near my baby and risk giving my baby germs.'
Pointing at Jamie, she continued: 'And you were gonna be like to me "No, but that woman said that we should give them immune system, smother them with kisses, stranger", and it just gives me sleepless nights.'
Laughing, Jamie replied: 'No, I'm not gonna be like that. Honey, what I said was this, someone said you gotta let them get dirt, so I went, "Oh, so we'll just take them into the garden and put mud on them."'
Attempting to stifle a laugh, Sophie told the cameras: 'Yeah, that's what he genuinely said. We'll just like put the baby in with like the mud, and we don't wash it off, I was like, probably not at newborn stage.'
The post was simply captioned with a heart emoji and was soon flooded with well wishes from their followers.
Their celebrity pals were quick to comment on the pregnancy post as Molly-Mae Hague said: 'Congratulations guys !!!!'

The pair got candid about their future plans on building a family during a chat with The Times.
'I was really scared about kids,' Jamie explained.
'It's something you can't control. Sophie would then carry a baby, all these different things that I can't control and, "Oh God, what happens if this happen or that happens?" But I saw a clip on Instagram where someone said, "The best thing I ever had is being called Dad."
'I was like, "Oh, wouldn't that be cool?" So now I'm so down for it. I would like to have loads.'
Jamie added he would be up for four kids, and the blonde beauty agreed with him sweetly.
Sophie and Jamie had two weddings - a civil ceremony at Chelsea Town hall before jetting to Spain for a bigger, more lavish ceremony.
A host of their Made In Chelsea co-stars were in attendance including Sam Thompson, Olivia Bentley, Emily Blackwell, Spencer Matthews and Oliver Proudlock.
