The songwriter and Emmy-nominated actress separated, People reported, and it appears things are about to get messy.
While one source claimed the two were “figuring things out,” another insider told the outlet that their relationship had gotten “rocky.”
News of the pair’s separation comes after the musician — who is in the middle of his Bleachers Forever tour — attended longtime friend and collaborator Taylor Swift’s July 3 wedding to Travis Kelce with his fashion designer sister, Rachel Antonoff — not his wife.
Qualley is currently in pre-production on the upcoming horror film Possession, as well as post-production on the movie King Snake, so she could have easily used work as her excuse to miss the wedding of the year.
However, eagle-eyed fans — and TMZ — pointed out that the Substance actress quietly deleted photos from her August 2023 wedding to Antonoff prior to the T&T nuptials.

Notably, the Maid star also changed her Instagram handle from “isimostar” —a reference to Antonoff’s band Bleachers 2024 song “Isimo” — to “sarahmargaretqualley23.”
Qualley and Antonoff began dating in the summer of 2021 and announced their engagement a year later.
Like the wedding pics, close-ups of the diamond ring from Antonoff have been deleted from Qualley’s Instagram account.
For what it’s worth, some Qualley content remains on Antonoff’s Instagram, including a clip from Bleachers’ single “you and forever,” starring none other than the two-time Emmy nominee.
The two tied the knot in August 2023 in New Jersey, and featured mother of the bride Andie McDowell, fellow now-exes Zoe Kravitz and Channing Tatum, actress-model Cara Delevingne and Antonoff’s infamous collaborators including Swift and Lana Del Rey.

“I saw her and it was like a f***ing Hallmark movie that doesn’t seem believable,” he said. “When I met her, I started imagining things that I’d never even imagined, like marriage.”
Qualley called Antonoff “my person” in a February Vanity Fair article, and in a 2023 interview with Harper’s Bazaar prior to their wedding, she noted how “real” and “amazing” their relationship was and how she just wanted “to do everything with Jack.”

But she noted at the time that they weren’t rushing to start a family.
“One day I want kids, and I’m not there yet, and I want to keep doing movies,” the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress told the publication. “And that’s about all I know.”
Neither star has publicly addressed their separation.
