Moulton - who has yet to endorse Platner - ripped into the videographer, who he claimed came from the conservative PAC America Rising, on social media.
Congressman Seth Moulton became angry with a phone-wielding questioner when asked about his support for controversial Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner.
Platner has become a red flag for the Democrats, despite winning the nomination, has faced multiple scandals over his past Nazi-linked tattoos, social media activity, and accusations of cheating on multiple fiancées.
Someone approached Moulton, a moderate Democrat, in a now viral clash and asked him about Platner.
'Congressman Moulton, do you endorse Graham Platner? Do you endorse Graham Platner in Maine?'
Moulton replied: 'What? Who are you and why are you asking this question?'
The former presidential candidate then appeared to slap the phone the person was holding out of their hands.
'You should do a better job at hanging onto your phone,' Moulton added.

'Typical MAGA to classify an @AmericaRising tracker as a "reporter." I'm not going to apologize for how much MAGA pisses me off. I'll take them on anywhere, anytime, and I won't back down,' he said.
'If this tracker can’t handle a reality check or hold onto his own equipment, that’s on him. Sorry not sorry. And if @FoxNews wants me back on their airwaves so badly, they should stop ghosting my team.'
A spokesperson for Moulton further accused Fox News, who published the video, of paying members of America Rising to 'track' him.
'It's not surprising that Fox is too scared to invite Seth back on their shows, but they're happy to pay a MAGA tracker with America Rising to harass him at multiple events across Massachusetts,' Communications Director Taylor Hebble told The Boston Herald.

Fox News rejected the claims, saying it 'has never paid a tracker to attend an event.'
Platner secured the nomination in an early June primary despite an avalanche of scandals, including the tattoo, several affairs and accusations of misconduct by past romantic partners.
A Marine and Army National Guard veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, Democrats are hoping that Platner - an oyster farmer and veteran dubbed one of the 'rugged guys' in the 2026 midterms - can win back working-class voters.

Platner has faced numerous scandals since last fall, including the revelation of a Nazi tattoo that he has since covered up.
He has also faced numerous accusations of having known about the tattoo's symbol and telling various ex-lovers about it.
Controversial Reddit posts also emerged during the course of the campaign, which Platner himself has described as including 'homophobic slurs, anti-LGBTQ+ jokes and sexually explicit stories denigrating gay men' to the Advocate last year.
Another recent controversy stemmed from revelations that Platner texted other women sexually while married, and the discovery of a shirtless profile on Kik.
He has also been accused of mistreatment of and lying to former romantic partners.
Platner has not denied the texts or the profile, describing the stories as 'gossip' and he and his wife have reaffirmed 'a very happy marriage.'
The Daily Mail also exclusively reported last week that one of Platner's top advisers, Daniel Moraff, once authored a 'humorous' essay that included sexual fantasies with Martin Luther King Jr and Eleanor Roosevelt.
Vermont's Bernie Sanders and Massachusetts' Elizabeth Warren are still backing Platner, and House Democrat Ro Khanna spoke at a rally for Platner last weekend.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer also told reporters on Tuesday that he met with Platner, adding, 'we're going to beat Susan Collins and take back the Senate.'
Collins, the only Republican in the race, holds an independent streak that makes her both loved and feared.
She is also a Republican representing a state that was carried by Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris in 2024.
Polls have shown Platner with a slight lead, though Collins trailed in many polls leading up to the 2020 election.
