I have been using flow design a lot over the past 2 years for school projects which encourage students to use an iterative design process. My previous design process is to take a design and compare it to others using the average drag coefficient although more recently I have begun trying to study pressure and air movement around the model its self. I have tried to find webpages for help although am struggling to find any way to teach myself how to distinguish certain drag patterns or how pressure should be spread across the model. If anyone has any ideas on ways I can monitor the 3D model to improve the design or if anyone knows any links which I could use to teach myself how to study the airflow it would be a great help.
