I-86 Exit 65 Eastbound ramps to close temporarily

OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – The New York State Department of Transportation announced that the eastbound on and off ramps at Exit 65 on I-86 in the Town of Owego will be closed from July 10 through July 24 for ramp replacement work to bring them up to federal interstate standards. The DOT says motorists should follow signed detours and utilize the I-86 Exit 64 eastbound on and off ramps.
