In the Disney+ storyline, Danny's character Freddie is married to social climber Valerie (Lisa McGrillis).
Although it's a loveless marriage and Freddie is attracted to Lizzie (Katherine Parkinson), with whom he develops a relationship.
Elsewhere, Danny addresses rumours that he's set to join series two of The Celebrity Traitors.
A source said previously: 'Danny was always top of The Celebrity Traitors wish list but had zero interest until seeing the fun and games last autumn. As soon as his tune changed, it was all systems go'.
